Thoroughly enjoyed the November 23rd tour with Jo and P. Dreadful. No spirits showed up when photos developed; and although it was very cold, we learned a lot of history. Thanks for the memories and kindnesses. Well done, well done.

Wow, what an interesting evening! After the pub we went to explore some of the places you mentioned. Looking forwards to a Wednesday tour (in warmer weather). ![]()

Went on the tour as organised by the Union tonight, what a tour! Learned so many things I never would have any other way. Also learned more about how one looks for conformation of stories and investigates paranormal activity. The Dreadfuls are wonderful people, full of life (ironic really) and very eager to share their entusiasm for the whole supernatural. Thank you very much for doing this tour through the union, expect me to come on one again soon.<[bB][rR]>polaris 3.1 mirc 6.15 32

I have been on this tour twice, once with my kids as a birthday party aged 10 and 13. they were enthralled. They went home with loads of information about old sheffield. I went agin with work and it was excellent again! keep up the good work promoting Sheffield. Hope to see you both soon on the Building tour. Sonia

Hello!!!<[bB][rR]>polaris 3.1 mirc 6.15Wednesdays tour was great and I really enjoyed it, so don't worry about any little mistakes or anything as I knew you had not had chance for a proper rehearsal and some of the buildings had the indecency of being built on the wrong street, not your fault that! Things that could be of help maybe?.. The "Old Britannia Music" hall next to the Fire museum used to be called the "Old Tankard Tavern". What seems to be now under the road between the Mosleys Arms and the museum was a pub called the "Old London Apprentice". Corporation Street used to be called Workhouse Lane. The Don Picture House (now Safestore?) Had a pub on or near it called the "White Swan inn" which itself was opposite the Surrey Music Hall
