Private Tours
We can cater to both groups and companies looking for something a little 'unusual and unique' making an experience that will be remembered in the city streets of Sheffield.
These tours can be booked through this website by either e-mail or telephone, see tour descriptions for contact details. All that we do ask is that when you book a tour date that you confirm your booking seven days before the tour date.
Here at Steel City Ghost Tours we won't charge you any extra for booking a private tour, no matter what day or how many people you have in your group. All we ask is that you have a minimum of five people, including children.
Ghost Tour
Come and join us on the special tour, the tales we'll tell you will have you wondering about the world you live in. This tour's tales are completely different from our normal public tours, so here you'll be getting something stranger. This tour finishes in one of the oldest buildings in Sheffield, namely The Old Queens Head public house. Where you can sit, get warm and get ready to be frightened all over again, as we weave the true stories and encounters of the building.

Historical Crime and Murder Tour
Every third Saturday we take walkers down the darkened alleys and places of Sheffield, stopping at a few favoured spots where the past of Sheffield has left it's indelible mark on history. Where body snatching, murder, gross acts of injustice and the turbid and turbulent history of Sheffield still echoes today.
Due to the content of the stories we do ask that no one under the age of sixteen is allowed to take part in this tour.

Steel City Architecture Tour
This is a tour which takes a unique view of the city of Sheffield, taking in the landmarks of Surrey Street and the environs of Norfolk Street, finally finishing on Fargate. The history of Sheffield is laid out in bricks and mortar and the language of architecture is something that has been sadly lost. This tour gives you a chance to read the city you live in, to learn the hidden secrets fo the buildings you pass every day.
